...I knew OpenOffice was installed by default and was anxious to see how well it worked. It’s not Microsoft Office, but then again, it’s not Microsoft Office. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing. All of the things that 95% of people would need are there. The Word Processor is solid, the Spreadsheet program is very very good and it even comes with a Power Point type application called Presentation. They do not have the bells and whistles of the MS products, but they are free. Free is a huge bell and whistle all on its own. Hell, it’s a brass band playing on the Fourth of July.
